CHIPMATIC implements a complete Quality System to the IATF 16949 Standard. This starts from initial product quoting to final inspection and shipping. Shoptech E2 shop system software is utilized throughout each process to assure complete customer requirements are met. Process capabilities on production runs are analyzed using Measurlink MiCat software so that proper process controls can be identified. Final inspections are conducted on all product prior to release to the customer using the following measuring tools:

- 2 - Mitutoyo 24” Digital Height Gauges
- Digital Indicators, Micrometers, Calipers and other measuring tools
- Gagetrak Calibration management software
